Job Description Pay Range:
$26.
00 to $31.
00 per hour Member of the Corporate Human Resources TEAM.
Supports the Corporate TEAM and Team Members (document processing, recruitment and sourcing, scheduling, travel arrangements, pre-employment screening, onboarding, and Team Member engagement activities).
Assist with employer branding initiatives; highlight employment opportunities, Team Member engagement, and community events.
Other projects and tasks, as assigned.
Qualifications AS/AA Degree or equivalent work experience.

years of Human Resources experience, with experience in recruiting, preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; able to listen to and communicate with all Team Members at varying levels of the organization.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to troubleshoot and research, using HRMS tools.
Ability multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills and a make it happen attitude.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Maintain high degree of confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and respond quickly in difficult situations.
